Employment is one of the strategic indicators that has been the focus of the government. This is inseparable from one of the problems faced by Indonesia, as is also the case in other developing countries, namely the rate of growth of the labor force which increases beyond the rate of growth of employment opportunities, which results in an increase in unemployment.To respond to this phenomenon, especially in the Kepulauan Anambas Regency, data and information on manpower is needed as a reference for planning employment development in the future, as a monitoring material for ongoing labor development and as an evaluation material for the achievement of employment development that has been done, both at central and regional.
