Presentation on Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Information Openness (Monev KIP) in 2023

Tanjungpinang, November 1st 2023. Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Kepulauan Anambas Regency, Adi Cahyadi, attended an invitation for a presentation on Public Information Openness with the theme "THE ROLE OF LEADERS IN THE ACTUALIZATION OF PUBLIC INFORMATION DISCLOSURE IN PUBLIC AGENCY" by the Kepulauan Riau Provincial Information Commission in the Collaboration Room Diskominfo Kepulauan Riau Building B2 Fl. 3 Dompak Island Office Center, Tanjungpinang. The activity was attended by Public Bodies that met the criteria for further assessment by the Kepulauan Riau Provincial Public Information Commission. The series of presentation events began with remarks and the opening of the event by the chairman of the Provincial Public Information Commission. Kepulauan Riau, Mr. Hamdani and continued with presentations on each public body. The presentation lasted for 15 minutes, divided into 7 minutes of presentation and 8 minutes of questions and answers. In this presentation, the innovation and video presented by the Head of BPS Kepulauan Anambas Regency received appreciation from the examiners because the innovation produced was very interesting, useful for OPD, and used a quite unique local term, Slambe (Web-Based Management Service System) Sectoral Statistics.

The Slambe innovation itself is an innovation brought by the Head of BPS District. Kepulauan Anambas when he took part in the 2022 BPS Batch 3 PKA Training and received the Best title: Special Achievement Rank I. Through the presentation of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Information Openness (Monev KIP) in 2023, BPS Kepulauan Anambas Regency is expected to be able to become a public body that has open information with informative category.
